LVS Coaching is an independent coaching practice for leaders wanting to focus on themselves & find fulfilment through connecting to values then creating the successful life they desire. I'm Leah, I am a driven, ambitious, compassionate leader who has worked in the corporate, retail & technical industries for 15 years. I have excelled as a Senior Leader in Apple for the last 7 years at the same time as being a mum to two children and a wife. I am a strong resilient woman that breaks boundaries for myself & other women in leadership. I have been coaching throughout my career & find it the most rewarding element of every role I have held. This has lead me to take a leap of faith and leave my corporate role and set up my own coaching business. I have significant experience working in male dominated industries and am comfortable and experienced in coaching all genders. The purpose of what I do is to empower professionals at a crossroads in their lives by challenging their mindset, removing self doubt, & connecting to their values in order to make a career and life where they enjoy what they do & find meaning. LVS defines me as a person in terms of my initials & also what's important to me & what I can help others with - Leadership, Values, and Success. I help leaders to focus & simplify complexity which enables them to build high performing culture through highly engaged teams. I enable people to understand their values & strengths & how they can elevate these to serve them & their teams, creating deeper fulfilment & connection for all. I dig deep in conversations to go beyond the surface of their challenges & help people to see blind spots with my no nonsense approach & candor. I empower people who are at a cross road in their lives & are lacking self belief or fulfilment.
