Our company is now running a service for teachers in Japanese schools. We provide a service for schools to reach specialists who can give a class for students from one lesson ( 45 minutes ). In Japan, teachers have too many difficult tasks. There is a huge gap between students’ abilities, but any solutions aren't conducted. In addition, the lack of outsourced budget is pushing teachers past their breaking points. Moreover, currently, government recruits less teachers than needed and this leads to the imbalance between difficult task and the number of teachers. So our company challenges to this issues through our service. We aim for making schools to be more opened to the society and get involved in more professionals so that all children can design their lives in their own way.
