L&A specialises in all aspects of Housekeeping Management including on-site consulting, training and development workshops and Executive Housekeeper recruitment search. The range of our services includes assistance with initial set-up of housekeeping operations at pre-opening phase or complete hotel openings. We also undertake customised operational reviews of existing housekeeping operations to identify and rectify problem areas and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current departmental procedures. Our approach involves an experienced L&A consultant working closely with the existing Housekeeping management and offers a unique opportunity to further improve and fine-tune the operational and financial performance of this important department.
