Our main services are ISP web site hosting and development and support for web site and database applications. But it's not unusual for us to get the occasional call for other services, and we always try to accommodate our customers needs. Our customers range from individuals to businesses, and their needs are just as diversified. They are primarily located locally in the New York finger lakes region and in the New York City area, but are also as far away as southern California and the continent of Africa. Some of the other services we provide are business card layouts and printing, data conversions, billing and bookkeeping, technical writing, press releases, data entry, pc security, SEO (search engine optimization). And even though we're not hardware focused, we have on occasion rescued data from computer hard drives that have been fried by computer viruses.(Don't you just hate when that happens?) If it has to do with personal computers or internet services, I can probably help you. And if I can't? At the very least, I can point you in the direction of really good people who can do the job.
