LCF Mission Statement The Lyons Community Foundation exists to improve the quality of life, build a culture of giving and encourage positive change for the Greater Lyons, Colorado area.Service Area LCF serves citizens and organizations in the Lyons community area, which generally includes property east of Allenspark, west of Hygiene, north of Nelson Road and south of Blue Mountain.
