Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc.(“M&L”) was formed in 1965 to assist communities in their efforts to participate in federal and state housing, redevelopment and economic development programs. Over the years, M&L has evolved into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm that offers a diversified range of planning and development services to government, non-profit organizations, and the private sector.
