Mercado Construction was founded in 1980 in Houston, TX. Due to the opportunities that were vast in the New England area, Mercado Construction relocated to North Attleboro, MA in 1987. By 1993 the business had grown and was rated one of the top Companies for New Construction Homes and was featured in the Builder + Architect Magazine for the Greater Boston area as well as other articles. In M&N Carpentry was founded, and soon after the company relocated back to Houston, TX to be closer to family. Though the name had changed the company is still managed by the same owners and still operates with the same values that "Quality Work and Customer Satisfaction are the keys to success". The Owner and Expert Carpenter Max Mercado Sr. is still very hands on and manages his company with his Son, Max Mercado II. Their experience combined is 40+ years in Trim, Custom Cabinets, Custom Closets, Custom furniture, Stairs, as well as experience working with Laminent Cabinetry and more. They have worked with Home Builders Such as Silverlake Homes, Mustang Homes, Rohe & Wright, Toll Brothers, Brendon Homes, E.H.
