The Co-founders of M&O have qualifications and training in; Family Partnership working, Life Coaching, Mentoring, Course/Classroom Facilitation, Relationship Coaching, Parent/Carer Coaching and Solution Focused Techniques and have a vast amountof experience in Public Speaking. M&O’s straight-from-the-heart, result-driven approach, provides bespoke support to individuals, families, Local Authorities and community leaders from all sectors of society. Through collaborating with various services, M&O have coached and mentored a number of individuals, couples and organisations in developing excellent skills in goal setting, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
