Motin Traders a high quality pillow manufacturer was founded in 1980 by Mr. Md. Abdul Motalib with the sole aim of providing best quality products at the most reasonable and cheap price and the assurance of timely service to enjoy the utility of those products. We use natural raw materials such as Silk Cotton (Bombax), wool, textile cotton etc. to manufacture our high quality products and services include production and supply of custom made mattresses, pillows, cushions and repair them. We focused towards providing best quality products and services by reasonable low cost and guarantee to our existing and new clients. Our main business is making Pillow by Shimul (Bengali: শিমুল) or Semal (Hindi: सेमल) or Bombax ceiba. So as we are Pillow manufacturer we collect raw materials from mainly Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Myanmar, Malay, Indonesia, south China, Hong Kong and Taiwan etc. Its beautiful red flowers bloom in March/April so every merchant need to visit and find best quality raw materials as well as contact with plant owner about price of upcoming raw materials. It is very important to search new source of collecting raw goods from different location and make feasibility study to ensure smooth supply of raw materials for production. So that I decided to make a visit some village market on India and Nepal where Shimul (Bengali: শিমুল)or Semal (Hindi: सेमल) is sole directly by tree owners or local village agent. From my point of view, feasibility study and market research will offer me many opportunities to succeed in my business career and will make my business profitable. My aim is to ultimately be able to lead a successful business where I can provide a great service and create new job opportunities. The motivation behind my decision to gain a Business Degree lies in my determination to better understand how the real world works.
