Marina One is located at Marina Bay with a total gross floor area of approximately 3.67 million square feet, comprises close to 1.88 million square feet of prime Grade-A office space, square feet retail space and 1,042 luxury residential apartments. DUO assets (Duo Tower, Duo Galleria & Andaz Singapore) was divested in year 2019.
