This includes access regulation and market structure issues in developed and emerging markets. We also advise on new public policy issues relating to new digital technologies. We advise on the negotiation of corporate and commercial transactions involving wholesale access, sharing arrangements and transactions to bring about new market structures. Most of this work is driven off the emergence of broadband infrastructure and services and new use cases. Our practice is global, with most of our work undertaken in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions.
