Mableson Hall was established in 2018 by Gerald Hall and Jamie Mableson. Gerald and Jamie collectively have 55 years experience of working within the property and construction industries. Having worked together for almost two decades they have each developed an understanding of the others work ethos and instinctively know how to compliment their skills, expertise and abilities. From a background in chartered quantity surveying and project management, Gerald and Jamie diversified into property development & investment where they were solely responsible for running the property department in a major north east construction and property organisation. In the last 5 years Jamie and Gerald have also developed their own bespoke cloud based development appraisal and investment analysis software which has been used for strategic sensitivity analysis and forensic reporting.
