mABTree Biologics is a biotech company based in Basel, Switzerland, focused on developing affordable, innovative monoclonal antibody therapies for hematological cancers, such as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), and autoimmune diseases. Founded in 2019, mABTree aims to make cutting-edge immunotherapies more accessible to patients worldwide. Our lead product, is a fully human antibody targeting a unique tumor marker and has shown promising preclinical results, including tumor reduction and depletion of mutant hematopoietic stem cells in MPN models. We are preparing for clinical trials and seeking partnerships and investments to accelerate development and potential regulatory approval by 2025, with a strategy for orphan drug status to expedite availability in underserved areas of oncology and hematology.
