Equity Placements MAC has established an extensive track record of equity placements, and has closed almost $2 billion of financings since the company’s founding in 2010. MAC has procured equity capital for rental apartment, for sale condominium, home building, existing apartment buildings, and multi-asset portfolios. Construction Financing MAC is a recognized leader in debt and equity placements for ground-up construction financings. At any given time we are in the market with multiple transactions, constantly identifying new capital sources.
