About: Maha Agroforestry & Climate Care Services (MACC) is a start up working in agroforestry sector to enhance the land use system, we are a team with more than 15 years of experience working in Forestry, Agriculture, plantation management, supply chain management, sustainability, Agro Processing and Industrial consultancy. Climate change is the most pressing challenge facing our planet. We see the displacement of fossil fuels as a key tool in this fight, with biomass as one piece of that puzzle. We want to transform the way biomass is sourced so we can have confidence in its role in the transition to renewable energy. Our objective is to become one stop solution for supply chain management, plantation management, and alternative solutions provider in response to climate actions by integrating agroforestry crops on wasteland/farmlands to mitigate climate change risk and develop employment opportunities for dependent indigenous community and raw materials for dependent industry. Our customized Green Energy Solutions for reduced emissions as per the client needs * Assessment of client’s plantation requirements against energy and/or carbon offset.* Site visit and primary data collection.* Preliminary budget estimation for turnkey project.* Turnkey plantation establishment and management for 4 yrs and so on if required.* Coordinate for PDD for registering plantation project with carbon registry.(VCS/Gold standard).* Registering as per the clients need.* Identification and coordination with carbon auditing agency with on ground support.* Scouting for possible collaboration with regards to funding /carbon offset trading. Sourcing of VERs /carbon offs
