MACH ONE ENGINEERING LIMITED is a Precision Engineering company located in Aylesbury, United Kingdom. We specialise in CNC Turning and Milling and also have a Surface Treatment division in house. We have recently purchased some new machines including a Dugard V20 Five Axis/5 Face High Speed Vertical Machining Centre with the ability to machine complicated multi sided parts, a Samsung Heavy Duty Ultra Precision Turning Centre with Twin Spindles and Y Axis milling combined with Samsung’s Technical features and a Dugard MF500 Multi Function Lathe with Siemens 828 Shopturn, fully automatic tool changing, fast precision machining ideal for lower quantities. As well as Anodising in house we also process Alochrom1200, Alochrom and more recently we have added 3 new processes to our surface treatment division which is Surtec 650, Iridite NCP and Stainless Steel Passivation. Our largest customer is Nikon Metrology who we work with very closely and also manufacture a lot of kits and assembly for their X-Ray machines. We pride ourselves on working with our customers to provide the best quality product, we can achieve this by providing a ‘one stop shop’ facility to ensure complete control from start to finish. We have a Wet glass bead blasting facility to ensure a ‘Matt’ finish on black anodised components if required. We have a Citizen A32 Sliding head lathe that we are able to turn and mill components 24/7 lights out, but we are also able to provide one off prototypes if required. We use a 3D CAD/CAM package called Edgecam which means that we can import all file types for programming i.e. SLDPRT, STEP. IGS to name a few. We have written a bespoke piece of Software called ‘Workshop Planner’ that enables us to record all of our jobs, the processes and the relevant machine which in turn enables us to give out accurate delivery dates and pricing. We have an Axiom Too CMM Inspection machine within our facility to ensure quality and measurement of tight tolerances
