Machinefabriek Tuin combines machining and construction (welding) for both small and large systems up to 6 m. Machinefabriek Tuin is a reliable partner for many high tech system suppliers. We manufacture the high end, strategic parts for many systems and system suppliers. Tuin is a mid-sized company specialized in producing steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferro material parts. We relieve our customers by supplying parts including surface treatments like coating and annealing based on a smart logistic concept. Machinefabriek Tuin is expert in long hole drilling; both for centric and eccentric drilling. We have the equipment to drill holes as deep as 400x the drill diameter. Long hole drilling is possible even for very straight holes with a fit up to H9 and an associated roughness (Ra of 1 up to 1.6 micron).
