HR is what I am passionate about, I am intrigued by people psychology and how this impacts businesses on a daily basis. I have over 22 years experience in the HR sector, having worked across multiple countries and different markets. I have led HR departments, driven the people strategy at board level and in turn made direct impacts to business performance and growth. I bring a business partner approach to all aspects of HR, whether it be employee relations, HR projects or HR strategy.
