Providing 100% Project Funding for Business start-ups that have established "Proof of Concept". This same 100% Project Funding is available for Real Estate Property Development, provided there is an element of Social Benefit, that is, some community facilities that will be of long lasting benefit to the local community. Government Infrastructure projects can also be funded under this program, Roads, Bridges, Ports, Airports, Schools, Hospitals, Medical Centres. Eco friendly developments like Ethanol and Bio Diesel plants, are eligible for consideration. Three major criteria need to be satisfied to be approved: a) Self Sustaining, show economic benefit for a period of 5 to 10 years; b) Economic Benefit, increase employment and maintain a higher level of employment for a sustained period; c) Social Benefit, improve quality of life of the community at large. This facility is available both Locally and Internationally. Minimum Project size is $20 million and preferred size is $200 million. The key feature is that this funding is Non Recourse, Non Repayable. Mining finance is also available under several different programs, Minimum loan is $50M for one of the facilities. An any "Asset Loan" facility is also available provide the Asset is worth $160M+, and a third facility has a minimum mine value of 1B for a minimum loan of 250M
