Mad Bee Collective is a Beverage Innovation company specializing in alcoholic and cannabis infused beverages. It is a two-tier company, operating its own brands under Pommies Beverage Co. as well as providing consulting services to help companies optimize their beverage operations. The company is owned and run by husband-and-wife team, Lindsay and Nick Sutcliffe, who have over thirty years of combined beverage experience. They built and operated Pommies Cider Co, Canada's largest independent cidery when they sold it in 2019. In May of 2023 they bought the brand back. They also led the beverage team that built and operated one of Canada's premier cannabis infused beverage facilities.
