Mad Cow Escapes

We are a world in crisis! As well as serious implications for people’s health, COVID-19 is continuing to have a profound impact on people, businesses, and economies around the world. In the same way that countries and businesses have had to pivot, we as individuals have also had to find new coping strategies in response to the pandemic and its concomitant uncertainties. We know that at least for some of you, this pandemic has probably served as a powerful catalyst for transformation in one, or more, spheres of your life. So, how is it that we as individuals overcome this tsunami of uncertainty? The simple answer is flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. Flexibility – the quality of bending easily without breaking. Adaptability – the quality of being able to adjust to new conditions. Resilience – the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. A good way to build up flexibility, adaptability and resilience and achieve a sense of balance is to adopt an integral mindset. In that vein, the key focus underpinning all our Escapes, is that the Mad Cow Team and our carefully selected partners provide spaces for: • internal reflection; • ‘showing up’; • deep connection; and • personal success. We do this with our overarching ethos of wanting our escapes to be a little zany, joyous and fun.
