It is what makes us different from anywhere else that sells truffles in the country – the breadth of fresh truffles from different farms we sell. Similar to wine, climate, weather, soil and farming practices can affect the aroma and flavour of truffle. Whilst black truffle, tuber melanosporum, grown in Australia is genetically equivalent, truffles from different producers have unique characteristics.
