The MADECOR Group (MG) is a Philippine private consultancy, management and training company that has established a niche in the international consulting industry with our work in developing countries across the Asia-Pacific region. Since our establishment in 1973, we have implemented over 500 development projects and training programs funded by international funding institutions including World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and other bilateral funding agencies. We have a well-established Quality Management (QM) in place to ensure that strict controls and standards are applied at all times in every level of project implementation. To every project we implement, we not only bring our technical expertise but also, lessons learned, best practices and innovative approaches – all gained from more than 40 years of our experience. Our wide experience stems from the assignments we have undertaken all over the world. Through our extensive work in the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Japan, East Timor, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Marshall Islands, Tonga and Papua New Guinea, we have gained an in-depth appreciation of the unique and differing socio-cultural systems of various countries in the Asia-Pacific Region. Understanding that the key to remaining competitive lies on cooperation and forming strategic alliances, we maintain an open attitude to close-knit partnerships with other companies and firms.
