Madgoat Studio

MadGoat is an Independent game studio based in Romania, Bucharest that was born from the ambition for developing exciting virtual experiences for PC and Consoles. We started our Studio in 2015, targeting the mobile market. During that period we released a small number of simple yet fun casual-arcade styled games. However, we quickly realized that the mobile markets are currently crowded to the point where it's too hard to get noticed without having high budgets for marketing or a powerful publisher behind. After deciding to abandon mobile development, we immediately started to work on our first serious game, Northern Lights, and the Studio slowly grew into what it is today. We do not look back at our "Mobile Era" as a failure, but more as an experience, a period in which we evolved our skills and learned the basics of game development, which in turn allowed us to evolve as a team and to deliver or current and future projects to the world! We are full indie, there are no publishers or private investors behind us and all our projects are funded from our own revenue.
