The Madison Healthplex Performance Center, a joint venture of Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center and Baptist Health Systems, is a fitness facility and sports performance center located on the Baptist Madison Campus at the corner of Highway 463 and Highland Colony Parkway. Whatever your goal may be, we are here to help you achieve it. Whether you are a professional athlete, a student dreaming of becoming one, a weekend warrior or just wanting to stay fit, our facility and team offers a variety of solution that are second to none. Our new state-of-the-art Performance facility focuses on improving athletic performance by developing well-structured, scientific based programs that can improve specific strength, speed, agility, balance and neuromuscular function. Our programs include Strength, Speed, Agility, Balance, Injury Prevention, and so much more. Each member of our team possesses extensive knowledge of what is necessary to take your skill set to the next level and dominate the field, court, track or course.
