Madonna Doyle is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Madonna Doyle and Associates, her own firm that provides customized solutions for individual, team and organizational leadership and communications challenges. The firm has continued to evolve under Madonna’s stewardship securing a regional license for the John C. Maxwell leadership programmes and now creating an education and training division, MDA Learning Space. MDA Learning Space – A Division of Madonna Doyle & Associates Limited is a registered tertiary institution with the Accreditation Council of Trinidad & Tobago; an approved centre for City & Guilds International Qualifications and the Institute of Leadership and Management. I am responsible for operational and strategic activities including: Identifying local and international opportunities; Negotiating with international partners and suppliers; Building the team of consultants; Customizing, expanding and delivering the firm’s offerings; Supervising its marketing efforts; Hiring and supervising administrative staff; and Meeting with and responding to the needs of clients.
