Madyan

Madyan was founded in January 2017 as an urban initiative that focuses on dealing with urban challenges within the Egyptian context with a special focus on the Red Sea region through research, consultancy and project management and realization. We are a team of enthusiastic and determined young professionals who come from diverse academic backgrounds in Architecture, Urban Planning & Development and Software Engineering. Our belief is that in order to preserve a bright future for all inhabitants, of present and future generations, smart and sustainable visions should be perceived as a way to alleviate our urban communities. This cannot be achieved without the belief of equal rights to the city, effective community involvement & participation along with technological advancements which are key aspects to achieve smart & sustainable communities. مدين الشّخص حياته جعلها تتَّسم بالمدنيَّة ، أخذ بأسباب الحضارة. مبادرة مدين للتنميه العمرانيه أسست يناير 2017. هي مبادرة تهتم بالتحديات التي تواجه المدن المصرية بالعموم ومنطقة البحر الأحمر بالخصوص عن طريق تقديم الأبحاث والاستشارات وادارة مشاريع. مدين فريق مكون من مجموعة من الشباب من مختلف التخصصات مثل التصميم المعماري، التخطيط والتصميم العمراني وتطوير الشبكات وتطبيقات الحاسوب. تهدف مبادرة مدين إلى تطوير المجتمعات المدنية والحفاظ على مستقبل مشرق لجميع المواطنين؛ من خلال تحقيق رؤية مستدامة للأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية. تحقيق هذه الرؤية يكمن في توفير حقوق متساوية لدى كافة المواطنين فى المدينة. تؤمن مدين أن ِمشاركة المجتمع المدنى واستخدام الوسائل الحديثة فى عملية تطوير المجتمع يعتبرون من المحاور الرئيسية للوصول إلى مجتمعات مستدامة.
