Special interest in Netherlands based offerings of- Lower middle market LBO private equity funds structured as cooperative for participation exemption - LP led secondaries in top quartile private equity funds In select funds we take a seat in the advisory committee or act as (delegated) board member. Previously structured as HoldCo, Maest has an extensive track record of founding and managing fast growing, profitable companies. 20 year average of 64% YoY growth at 40% EBITDA margin.
