Maggnumite is a management consultancy company, who advise, implement and mentor Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives for customers. Our belief is in the knowledge and ability of our clients because we have found that much expertise is already existing and already available in the client’s organization. Our job is to nurture, mentor, “bring to the surface”, and grow this already inherent knowledge. Our agile approach allows employees to successfully implement and support the system themselves, making the business and its employee’s experts of their own solution. Through our approach we help determine individual change drivers, and in a “cyclical concert” with the business, we plan for achieving the stated business objectives. The objectives are met by applying tools and solutions. We coach and mentor employees to take on the change process and become active project team members.
