Magic Ears was founded in 2016 in Beijing, China, and expanded operations to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2018. Our mission is to connect a global classroom to every child and to provide the best online career opportunity for teachers. With a focus on narrowing the education gap for children in China, we combine a state-of-the-art curriculum, a user-friendly platform, and a network of passionate teachers to provide high-quality English learning experiences that help propel our students into brighter futures. Our team handles all the training, curriculum, scheduling, and parent communication, which eliminates the need for our teachers to self-promote and creates an environment that values community over competition.
