Each client receives an assessment of their needs, whether physical, emotional, or a combination of both, followed by a tailored treatment plan and if appropriate, an agreed long term maintenance solution. I use a combination of counselling, CBT, Reiki and Bowen therapy to address physical and emotional pain in whatever form it presents. Each treatment is uniquely tailored to each client's needs on that day. Bowen therapy can reduce stress and improve overall physical health on its own, but coupled with emotional therapy can provide truly amazing results.
