Magnetic Fidelity

Magnetic Fidelity is a unique 100% analog mastering facility. We specialize on analog mastering, analog Direct-to-Master Recording, as well as analog media production. We offer disk cutting done entirely in the analog domain with exceptional sound quality. We can make short runs of handmade vinyl records. We use analog vacuum tube electronics of the highest quality, designed by some of the most respected manufacturers of audio electronics, modified to our specifications. We also have a diverse collection of professional analog tape machines in various formats, as well as a fully restored vintage disk cutting lathe. The main mastering room at Magnetic Fidelity is a floating construction with excellent acoustics, along with an exceptional fidelity full range monitoring system, that can bring out the tiniest details of the sound. This audio microscope provides a shockingly accurate reproduction of signals extending from far below to far above the human hearing range. Using this system, we are also actively researching the hypersonic effect. Despite having access to some of the finest precision instruments in the field of audio, our most important asset remains the vast knowledge and experience as well as the technical and communication abilities of our staff.
