Our production team consists of, but is not limited to, our lead screen printer; over 25 years’ experience, in house digitizers/embroiderers and graphic designers who each have well over 15 years of industry expertise. In keeping with current trends and techniques, we offer screen printing up to 10 colors with maximum print capabilities of 16″ x 18″. We offer a variety of specialty applications including pantone matching with plastisol, full color discharge, water base printing and foil accents. For embroidery, we use the Wilcom program for all our logo digitizing and digitized file review to ensure the highest quality sew outs, standard embroidery sews, tackle twill, screen print with embroidery designs, 3D embroidery, name tag embroidery, emblems and monogramming.
