Mahindra Pride School

Mahindra Pride School (MPS) is a lead CSR program of the multinational Mahindra group, executed in a collaborative partnership with Naandi Foundation. By means of its professional skilling module, the venture has trained and placed 28,470 youth from socially and economically marginalized communities all through urban and semi-urban India. Under a comprehensive 90-day program that ensures 100% placement, the 9 Mahindra Pride Schools train students in high-growth verticals of Hospitality, Information Technology Enabled Services, Automobile Handling, and Retail Management. Post training, these students are recruited by corporate powerhouses, such as, Pizza Hut, Marriott Group, Infosys, Wipro, Dell, TCS, Ford, Big Bazaar, Pantaloons, and so forth.
