Maillardos

The name of our coffee roastery was inspired by Louis Camille Maillard (1878-1936)- scientist and forefather of the ‘Maillard reaction’. This transformation of amino acids and sugars is mainly responsible for the fascinating world of flavours that can be found in roasted coffee. We stand for fresh and carefully roasted speciality coffees. Every cup is the result of a masterpiece and passion, from both the coffee farmer and the roaster. Sustainable cultivation methods and traceability are fundamental to our method, right down to the recyclable packaging. This is our formula for good coffee!
