Mailleux & Associates — 1991 – 2025 After three decades of excellence in performance management consulting, Mailleux & Associates ceased operations in January 2025, following the passing in 2024 of one of its founding partners. Founded in 1991 and based in Belgium and France, Mailleux & Associates grew into an internationally recognized consultancy, delivering first-class services across Europe. Our team of eight multilingual (English, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German) and highly skilled consultants and trainers worked alongside a trusted network of associate trainers and dedicated back-office project managers, including expertise in DTP production and IT. Over the years, our four business units — Coaching, Training, Consulting (for up-front audit & implementation), and our in-house T4T unit — provided tailor-made solutions in Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Team Building, Empowerment & Self-Development, Service, Sales, and Negotiation, delivering more than 800 intervention days annually. While Mailleux & Associates has now closed its doors, our former associated partners continue their activities through their own companies, carrying forward the expertise and dedication that have always defined our work.
