We have been in transportation and logistics field for the last 12 years, in particular in trucking, freight brokerage, fuel card and logistics consulting business. As part of our journey we have bought and sold transportation and logistics businesses many times, we have also worked as deal advisors and experts for some private equity backed groups in their acquisition deals and post-acquisition integration and implementation.
