Main Street Financial was founded by two industry veterans, Scott Anspach & Jeff Martin. Both have extensive mortgage backgrounds from starting as a loan officer, to running large wholesale operations, to managing extensive retail mortgage companies they've seen it all! Our COO, Dave Kottmann ran operations for a Lender ranked Top 3 in the nation for volume. He never takes his eye off the fact that we must close loans quickly. branch managers & loan officers will not succeed if a company cannot accomplish this. The thing that sets Main Street Financial apart is that we are a sales driven organization. Many companies become so operations driven that they forget about the people on the street. The rates become out of line, the product offering isn't large enough, and the sales support isn't there to bring loans in the door. We at Main Street have never lost sight of these principles & our organization is driven to enable our branch managers & loan officers to continually grow, regardless of the current lending environment. Main Street is constantly expanding into new areas and our goal is to be in 50 states. If we are not currently licensed in your state, please contact us - We may have that state in-process.
