Jumping, shaking, pilates, body weight training and intuitive movement for a strong, resilient body. All supported by a kick-ass playlist- Vinyasa Flow: Connect to your conscious breath and flow through asanas like you mean it! You will strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you move from one pose to the next, allowing your body and the mind to be challenged as they become one. Earlier experience of yoga asana recommended but not required. The classes are primarily taught in-person at the lovely sagayoga studio in Punavuori. Book your spot through their website.
