Maintainit started as a one woman operation putting leaflets through doors in 2011 and has grown to the established trusted company it is today with 15 full time employees and several part time and subcontractors. Led by managing director Jacqui Ritchie, we are passionate about quality, innovation and added value. Maintainit provide proactive and reactive cleaning services to the construction industry through both post-contract cleaning and cleaning of welfare facilities. We work alongside some of the best construction and fit-out contractors in the country to ensure smooth client handover. We pride ourselves on problem solving and are often called upon to implement innovative solutions to novel problems. Our portfolio includes contract cleaning for a number of offices, commercial premises and communal closes.
