Since 1864, Maison Dubernet has been cultivating a passion for traditional Gascony recipes : rich cuisine celebrating the ingredients of a fertile and generous land. Relying on talented artisans, all lovers of good products, Maison Dubernet embodies the excellence of South West France cuisine, recognized by connoisseurs and chefs as France’s best. Maison Dubernet employs 30 men and women in the small town of Saint-Sever where it produces foies gras, charcuteries (cold meats) and ready-meals. All the main ingredients of our products (duck, pig, goose) are sourced locally in the best farms of the region. Maison Dubernet supplies the best French restaurants and distributes its products through an exclusive network of resellers in France and in Europe (“épiceries fines”).
