Maison Miles

Maison Barran-Miles ltd We handcraft Single Estate Spirits in small batches. We transform, we compound, we distill and we age. Everything we do is traditional and simple. We are true Spirit Makers, using different traditional methods we transform some Spirts and other we make from scratch. When we distill we carefully separate the "Heads", the "Heart" and the "Tails". We then use single-charred oak barrels for ageing. After the angels have taken their share we are left with superb handcrafted alcohol which sits between 40 & 45% alc/vol. We have created a barrel aged Negroni & Tegroni, a Whisky, Vodka, 3 different Rums and of course a classic Gin.
