Created in 1994 in Solliès-Ville (Var), Maisons du Midi has been developing for more than 25 years, to become a key player in the market for the construction of individual houses. Today, Maisons du Midi is present in 5 departments, Alpes-Maritimes, Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, Vaucluse and Hautes-Alpes through our 10 agencies. For each of them, we support our clients throughout their project, with proximity and transparency as key words. Maisons du Midi also offers all its customers real-time monitoring thanks to a dematerialized and secure customer area allowing them to follow each stage of the project and find all the important documents there. Maisons du Midi, builds the houses of tomorrow, the biotic houses (Maisons Biotiques). Our constructions are made with bio-sourced materials of natural origin which guarantee efficient insulation and which preserve the environment as well as the health of the occupants. The biotic house is also an installation carefully studied to promote solar gain, the layout according to the principles of Western Feng-Shui, the installation of a para-radon film, the installation of bio-compatible electricity.
