The treatment of Eating Disorders is multidimensional and the support of a coach as well as an MD, therapist and nutritionist offers the best chance of success as the treatment of ED is not a cure but an empowerment to help oneself. From an early age we are bombarded with images of the perfect body and based on our life circumstances we interpret those images and connect with them. Some of the most talented, brightest and creative people perceive themselves as incompetent, worthless and unattractive and to cope with those thoughts and feelings resort to some form of disordered eating, sometimes of a very serious nature. MAJOK Coaching can enhance and will support the process of recovery and creation of a personal, healthy life.
