Makai Royalties is a property investment and management company established in 2012. We have a high emphasis on "Flips" and rental properties. We have worked with Housing & Urban Development (HUD) providing shelter to families that are in dire need of housing. Our goal is to be a part of the solution to our homeless crisis in Ohio. Makai Royalties is committed to making a difference in our communities by providing affordable, clean, and safe housing to those that need it most. Ultimately, we take abandoned homes or homes with an extensive amount of damage and rebuild (‘Flip’) them into beautiful -structurally sound homes built to last. We also invest in other property projects across the state.
