At Make-A-Wish® India, we believe in the transformative power of a wish. We're a registered non-profit public charitable trust, proudly affiliated with Make-A-Wish International®, the world’s leading wish-granting organisation for children facing critical illnesses. Since 1995, we've witnessed the remarkable impact of hope, granting over transformative wishes to critically ill children across India. We deliver through eight regional chapters and in partnership with over 120 hospitals, primarily government hospitals, to support critically ill children from facing conditions such as cancer, blood disorders, neurological conditions, and kidney disease. More than just a moment of joy, a wish-come-true is a catalyst for healing. For the majority of our wish children, it serves as a powerful boost to their health, empowering them to face their challenges with renewed strength and resilience. Research and our experience confirm that a wish profoundly enhances a child’s emotional well-being, aiding them through medical treatments and building resilience. The impact of a wish-come-true extends to families, creating lasting, positive memories and providing vital emotional support during difficult times. Every wish brings families closer, unites communities, and renews hope.
