MakeMyPoint® is a training focusing on writing business decision making presentations for top management. It stands at the intersection of structuring, storylining and visual design. The training covers messages, structure and flow, as well as analysis and slide writing – but does not touch on “PPT as a software” nor on public speaking. The 2 days spent with me deliver a fine balance of methodology and practice, filled with real-life examples and exercises – and hopefully Since 2014, Kalman Kiss has been holding trainings on presentation writing (in reality business decision making (in reality structured thinking)) for companies and CEU’s EMBA and MBA programs, as a “hobby”. The course heavily relies on his experience in strategy development at BCG (and Erste Bank). The attached Introduction deck shows how he helps improve communication between top management and their teams via well-written presentations – and, thus, achieving better decisions.
