Making India is a group of dedicated, educated, experienced and motivational personnel. Team are consisting of Rural and Urban areas so Team can understand and analyse issues of Rural and Urban area. MIO want to make a positive change in society through implementation of best practices, awareness, training and motivating people. Key input for positive change are Quality and affordable education and health for everyone at every place. Government has taken so many initiatives towards quality education but we have to understand there are lots of loops/ gaps which need a proper monitoring and analysis. Any monetary, regulatory policy cannot improve quality of education until teachers and students are not motivated, MIO will help to develop interest in teaching and study with the help of proper guidance and training. Our seminar will stimulate to students and teacher to analyse their true potential and set a goal for their careers. Making India organization is dedicated to work towards skill enhancement, Child education, Environmental issues, Enhancement of Quality of education in rural areas, career seminar, employability, Social activity (Deaddiction, antismoking, Child labour, elementary education and other factor which can adversely impact society and environment) We want to nurture an independent, focused, skilled, disciplined, accountable, healthy and financial established individual, who know their duties and rights towards family, society and nation. MIO will organize seminar and workshop to skill youth for least employability so that they can work towards growth of nation and each individual can contribute in GDP. We will encourage women empowerment and their participation in contribution of GDP. We will organize counselling for narrow mind people so that they can understand evils of society. We will train and motivate farmer on organic and technical cultivation to minimize adverse impact of pesticide and fertilizers on environment and maximize production with least waste. We will give wings to people who want to fly. We are process driven people who love and promote process oriented approach, Engage, Learn, Inspire, Improvement, Change and Consistency are our values.(ELI-ICC) We want to Inspire people to learn for engagement in consistent improvement and make a change- That change is Making India Mission: Improvement in Quality of Education- MIO understand elementary education in foundation of career for any individuals. In rural areas people don’t have privilege of quality education (Because of lack of good institution, lack of delivery capabilities of teachers, lack of paying capacity of parents) MIO will tie-up with private and government schools we will trained to teacher for effective teaching skills We will organize a quarterly scholarship competition ( Cash/Non Cash price ) to motivate school management’s to monitor quality of education and parents as well as students to participate in competition If a school can produce qualifier we will help them to enhance their quality of education and MIO will recommend that school after evaluating certain guideline of NABET and some basis parameters of best practices, and simultaneously we will reward qualifier (Cash/Non cash) and a appreciation letter to parents and schools It will create a competitive environment for schools.
