MTM produces DVD-based training programs and provides on-site consultation/training. If you have an idea for a program send me an email and if the program is of interest to the general railroad community, MTM will develop and produce the program with no cost to you other than the purchase of the finished product.(usually $100 to $250 for video with handouts, depending on length and complexity etc.)
