Malfair Law

Malfair Law was founded in 2007 to provide legal services to business clients. While much of the firm’s work is with clients located in Northern British Columbia, Malfair Law serves clients throughout British Columbia. The objective of Malfair Law is to provide clients with the highest calibre of personalized service and legal advice that is practical, meaningful and useful. My philosophy is that lawyers should act as facilitators for clients trying to achieve business objectives. One of the principal roles for lawyers is to assist clients with the allocation and management of risk in connection with their business activities.
